Perpignan Christmas Market

 Hello!

Having had a good morning at the unexpected street market, Loreto and I headed back from the station into the city centre to enjoy the official Christmas Market by the river.

On the way we passed through the Place de Catalogne where there was a lively Christmas fair and some lights that remind me an awful lot of jellyfish.

On reaching the town centre we had another surprise: a big wheel had been erected!

The Christmas Market stalls from behind - very sparkly!

The Christmas Train!

Grog!

We finally arrived at the Christmas Market and enjoyed looking at the wide range of products and crafts available.

An unusual shape for a giraffe!

No E.T.s allowed

Letters to Santa

The hat!

Christmas-land!

Plate-decorating

Two frogs in one day!

Lots of fairies

BN!

Another lone balloon!

It was a lovely end to a really nice day. Thanks, Loreto!

I hope you enjoyed learning about Perpignan Christmas Market - I really do recommend it. It isn't massive but it has character and a wide range of produce.

 Thanks for reading,

 Liz x
